Following recent rainfall, clearing skies and slackening winds
will lead to fog, especially in the valleys, and it will be dense
in some areas, with visibilities reduced below on half of a mile.

Those driving this morning, should exercise caution by slowing
down and by being prepared for sudden changes in visibility.
