* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...The Flood Watch is includes the Kentucky counties of
Elliott, Fleming,  Rowan, Johnson, Martin, Floyd, Magoffin,
Morgan, and Pike.

* WHEN...The Flood Watch is in effect through early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
