In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of larger creeks, streams, especially in low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 AM EDT, Flooding was ongoing in the warned area, as 2 to 4 inches of rainfall had occurred in the past 24 to 30 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pikeville, Hazard, Prestonsburg, Jackson, Whitesburg, Hindman, Hyden, Letcher, Estill, Bath, Jenkins, Coal Run Village, Elkhorn City, Wheelwright, Fleming-Neon, Martin, Pippa Passes, Forest Hills, Wayland and Vicco.
