to 45 mph are expected today. The wind will diminish this evening.

* WHERE...The Wind Advisory is for portions of east central,
northeast, and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...The Wind Advisory is in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...The gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
