...A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...The Flood Watch includes the Kentucky counties of Estill, Johnson, Martin, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne, Whitley, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Owsley, Perry, Pike, and Wolfe. * WHEN...The Flood Watch is in effect through tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected at times through tonight.
