Greens Farm Road floods between Highway 166 north to Dunbar Hill. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 19.5 feet tomorrow evening. In Southeast Kansas, Chautauqua and Montgomery. * WHEN...From 9 PM CDT this evening through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight, most numerous over southern Kansas.
