* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, southwest, and west central Kansas,
including the following counties, in central Kansas, Ellis. In
southwest Kansas, Finney, Grant, Hamilton, Haskell, Kearny and
Stanton. In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness, Scott and Trego.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT  /6 PM MDT/ this evening through Sunday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Numerous heavy-rain producing thunderstorms are likely to develop
and move northeast across much of southwest and west central
Kansas late this evening through the overnight hours tonight.
