* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas, including
the following counties, in east central Kansas, Anderson, Coffey,
Douglas, Franklin, Geary, Lyon, Morris, Osage, Shawnee and
Wabaunsee. In northeast Kansas, Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms will impact the area this morning. Rainfall
rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are likely which could lead
to flooding, especially if storms move over the same areas.
