* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Huerfano, Las Animas, Baca and Prowers Counties along with
the southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains.


* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy rainfall associated with a remnant tropical
storm system will spread across southern Colorado beginning
Tuesday morning.
