High winds may also damage property. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong northwest winds will accompany a cold frontal passage this evening. Winds will weaken for a period overnight, then strengthen after sunrise. The strongest winds are expected mid morning through mid afternoon on Thursday.
