Kansas, Marion and McPherson. In east central Kansas, Chase. In
south central Kansas, Butler, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Reno,
Sedgwick and Sumner. In southeast Kansas, Greenwood.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
