southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM CDT /10 AM MDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Sub-freezing temperatures may kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread sub-freezing temperatures are also
expected during the early morning hours on Thursday, Friday and
Saturday.
