For the High Wind Watch, southwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Finney, Haskell, Seward, and Scott Counties. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM CST Sunday. For the High Wind Watch, Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous this morning.
