snow accumulations between 2 and 7 inches possible, with the lower
end amounts favored toward central Missouri at this time.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, east central,
south central, southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Snow is expected to begin Friday afternoon and continue
into Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold temperatures in the single digits
with wind chill values below zero will add to the safety threat if
vehicles become stranded.
