Also, the dirt county road, 13000 Road, along the north side of the river bank starts to flood at 1.5 miles downstream of gage site where the bridge crosses Lightning Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 17.2 feet this afternoon.
