The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM CDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 008 Republic, Fire Weather Zone 020 Cloud and Fire Weather Zone 034 Ottawa. * TIMING...From 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Highs in the low 80s. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
