Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 1-3 inches of rain the past couple nights along with the potential for another cluster or two of storms this evening and overnight increases the potential for some flooding and even flash flooding. Rainfall rates of 1.5 to 2.5 inches per hour is possible in the strongest cells.
