counties, Barber, Comanche, Edwards, Kiowa, Pratt and Stafford.

* WHEN...From 5 PM CDT this afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
