...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall remains possible. * WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Pettis, Platte, Randolph, Ray and Saline. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms capable of producing very heavy rainfall are expected overnight into Friday morning.
