At 23.0 feet, Rural overflow begins around the community of Niles. At 24.0 feet, Low land flooding continues along the river. At 27.0 feet, Arrowhead Road west of Niles floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 28.1 feet early Saturday morning.
