* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 1 to around 3 inches of rain has fallen across the watch area
last night. This has set the stage for additional flooding
potential.
