Rural lowlands outside of Beloit flood at 18 feet. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 20.9 feet, and was steadily dropping down toward minor flood stage of 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue a gradual fall over the next few days, possibly slipping below minor flood stage as early as this evening.
