...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Kansas, including the following counties, Barton, Ellsworth, Lincoln and Russell. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 302 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Russell, Wilson, Lincoln, Sylvan Grove, Dorrance, Beverly, Olmitz, Milberger, Bunker Hill, Galatia, Susank, Wilson State Park, Wilson Lake, Russell Airport and Westfall.
