In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall is expected early tomorrow morning which could lead to additional flooding. Warren County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 815 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain has fallen in the past several days, including 1 to 3 inches of rain earlier today. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... ...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE... * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Lafayette. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flood waters cover SR 225 from just north of Stair Road to just south of the bridge over the Wabash River. Tippecanoe CR 950 W south of CR 75 S is completely flooded from the Wabash Bottoms Janssen Tract area to Warren CR 350 N in the Black Rock Preserve Area. Four residences on high ground along CR 950 W cannot access CR 950 W by land vehicles. Barton Beach Rd closed. Local roads in the Granville Bridge area and homes near N 9th St also affected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 18.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM EDT Saturday was 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.3 feet tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood &&
