* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Some residential and commercial properties
near the Jefferson Street Bridge begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 PM EDT Saturday /10:45 PM CDT Saturday/ the stage
was 12.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 13.5 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
