...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT SATURDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following counties, De Kalb, Noble and Steuben and northwest Ohio, including the following county, Williams. * WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1153 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Auburn, Kendallville, Garrett, Montpelier, Butler, Avilla, Waterloo, Hamilton, Edon, Columbia, West Jefferson, Ashley, Hudson, Corunna, Altona, Blakeslee, Hamilton Lake, Steubenville, Alvarado and Artic. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
