Southern Henry County in east central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 751 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indianapolis, Shelbyville, Lawrence, Greenfield, New Castle, Beech Grove, Speedway, Rushville, Southport, Cumberland, McCordsville, Knightstown, New Palestine, Meridian Hills, Warren Park, Morristown, Carthage, Spiceland, Shirley and Homecroft. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
