* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following
areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami,
Wabash, Wells and Whitley and northwest Ohio, including the
following areas, Paulding and Van Wert.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
