Southern Morgan County in central Indiana... Brown County in south central Indiana... Western Jackson County in south central Indiana... Northwestern Lawrence County in south central Indiana... Southeastern Monroe County in south central Indiana... Southern Daviess County in southwestern Indiana... Southeastern Greene County in southwestern Indiana... Martin County in southwestern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 608 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
