* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Hyden Road, Fifth Avenue, and west side of
Cooper Street in southern Spencer begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 20.5 feet early
Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
Saturday, August 22.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* WHERE...White River at Elliston.

* WHEN...Until Monday, August 24.

* IMPACTS...At 24.5 feet, North end of runway of Shawnee Airfield
begins to flood.  High water surrounds river cabins.  Extensive
agricultural flooding is in progress.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:05 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 17.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 24.5 feet Thursday evening.
It will then fall below flood stage Monday, August 24.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, County Road 550 S in Greene County begins
to flood.  County Road 600 W just north of the river flooded by
possibly more than a foot of water for a short distance in Mary
Long Cutoff Area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late Monday morning to a crest of 18.3 feet early Friday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday, August
24.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
