...Lake Effect Snow and Hazardous Road Conditions Overnight... Bands of lake effect snow continue early this morning across southern Lower Michigan, northern Indiana, and portions of extreme northwest Ohio. Through 4 AM EST, the heaviest lake effect snow showers with a potential inch of additional accumulation should affect areas roughly from Cass and Berrien Counties in southwest Lower Michigan, to much of Elkhart County extending into Noble County across northern Indiana. Outside of this primary band, light lake effect snow accumulations are possible. Roads have been reported very slick and hazardous across portions of the area early this morning. Even areas which receive light lake effect snow accumulations will likely experience slick road conditions. Exercise caution if travelling overnight and be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities and road conditions.
