Ahead of and along a cold front, wind gusts of about 45 mph have
been recorded. Southerly wind gusts from the south will become
westerly as the front passes.

Driving may be difficult for high profile vehicles. Power outages
from downed branches are possible.

morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
