Water is near or starting on Giro Road in the vicinity of submerged Pottsville Road. Oil stripped fields flood. Flood gates must be installed at Hazleton. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.1 feet Sunday morning. Most of bottomlands flood. Old Vincennes road and State Road 358 between Plainville and Edwardsport are impassable by several feet. High water surrounds river cabins.
