In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall is expected early tomorrow morning which could lead to additional flooding. Northern Marion County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 823 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of 1 to 3 inches earlier today, on top of several inches of rain in recent days. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Lawrence, Brownsburg, Speedway, Meridian Hills, Clermont, Rocky Ripple, Williams Creek, Wynnedale, Spring Hill, Crows Nest, North Crows Nest, Broad Ripple, Indiana State Fairgrounds, Castleton, Eagle Creek Reservoir and Geist Reservoir. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
