* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...White River near Centerton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 17.8 feet, Flood waters cover the flood plain along
SR 39 connecting SRs 37 and 67 just southwest of Martinsville.
Flooding causes the evacuation of a few homes and damages Blue
Bluff Road near IPL Power Plant. Local river roads are impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 PM EDT Saturday was 12.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.6
feet early Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

affect a few homes in Waverly.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...White River near Nora.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flood waters approach Keystone Avenue
north of White River. Much of Ravenswood, Mystic Bay, and areas on
both sides of Keystone Avenue south of East 80th Street are
flooded by three feet of water. Flood waters nearing residential
areas in Shore Acres, Williams Creek Cutoff east of Marott Park,
and on the river side of Union Chapel Road. Extensive flooding of
the river side of the flood protection in the vicinity of the
Indianapolis Art Center and Edgewater Apartments. Flood waters
nearing Arden Drive.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 20.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 PM EDT Saturday was 21.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Wednesday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Major flooding in Ravenswood.  Evacuations
ordered for all residents in Ravenswood west of Crittenden
Avenue.  Water near the top of levee protecting Rocky Ripple.
Water at critical levels for Warfleigh levee in Broad Ripple.
Numerous local roads extensively flooded on the north side of
Indianapolis.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday afternoon and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 6.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and west
central Indiana, including the following counties, in central
Indiana, Boone, Clinton, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks,
Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby and Tipton.
In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north
central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Clay, Fountain,
Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo and
Warren.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall is expected early tomorrow morning which
could lead to additional flooding. This is potentially a very
dangerous situation, and citizens should remain aware of
conditions in their area and be prepared to take immediate
action if rising water threatens or warnings are issued.
