forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:25 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:25 PM EDT Sunday was 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning and continue falling to 9.6 feet
Friday evening.
