Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rushville, Knightstown, Carthage, Milroy, Glenwood, Arlington, Mays, New Salem, Manilla and Moscow. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
