* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The river is at flood stage. Some
residences begin to be affected by flood water and the Winamac
town park floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 9.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 10.2 feet early Tuesday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
