...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE... * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour. * WHEN...From this evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Extensive lowland flooding affecting agricultural lands. Many county and state roads in flood plain become impassable by high water, including SR 235 East of Medora, SR 258 East of Cortland, CR 725 N and possibly SR 39 south of Tampico. High water affects county roads near Vallonia and Shields, Ewing Road near Brownstown, CR 525 N near Seymour wastewater treatment plant, Honeytown Road and possibly SR 250 east of Dudleytown and SR 256 west of Austin. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening and continue rising to a crest of 16.2 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood &&

In west central Indiana, Clay and Owen. * WHEN...From 3 PM EDT this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread heavy rainfall between 2 to 4 inches fell across the watch area yesterday. Additional rainfall between 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts, is expected today into Wednesday.
