tomorrow evening. It will then fall again but remain above
flood stage.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:40 AM EDT Friday the stage was 13.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:40 AM EDT Friday was 13.8 feet.
