...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT THURSDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following areas, Clark IN and Scott IN and Kentucky, including the following areas, Anderson, Clark KY, Fayette, Jefferson, Jessamine, Madison, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Woodford. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training showers and storms could create localized areas of flash flooding.
