* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 606 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Muncie, Anderson, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, New Castle,
Lebanon, Zionsville, Westfield, Yorktown, Cicero, Pendleton,
Fortville, Whitestown, Sheridan, Chesterfield, Ingalls,
Lapel, Edgewood and Frankton.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and west
central Indiana, including the following counties, in central
Indiana, Boone, Clinton, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks,
Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby and Tipton.
In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north
central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Fountain,
Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion and Warren.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
