possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south
central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana, including
the following counties, in central Indiana, Bartholomew, Boone,
Clinton, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Johnson,
Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby and Tipton. In east central
Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana,
Carroll. In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence and
Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana,
Greene, Martin and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay,
Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion,
Vigo and Warren.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Fall Creek near Fortville.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Water on SR 238 at gaging site near
Fortville.  Flooding possible in low areas of Luxhaven.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 8.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 12:45 PM EDT Thursday was 8.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.4
feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Allisonville Road and E 146th Street just
south of Noblesville begins to flood.  Residences and business on
northwest side of E 146th Street begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.4
feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
late Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
