* WHERE...Fall Creek at Millersville.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Parking lot of commercial district area at
5440 Fall Creek Parkway North Drive just northeast of gaging site
begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 11.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:45 AM EDT Friday was 11.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5
feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Fall Creek near Fortville.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Extensive flooding along Fall Creek in
Madison County.  All roads along Fall Creek in Madison County were
closed by high water.  Former State Road 238 was flooded.  The
flood crest of 10.4 feet in December 2013 was believed to be the
highest since March 1913.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:45 AM EDT Friday was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood
stage.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

* WHERE...White River at Noblesville.

* WHEN...Until Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flooding becomes more serious in the
Riverwood, Clare, and Trails End areas.  Flooding of basements
occurs with water possibly extending to the first floor.  State
Road 19 begins to flood.  Many local roads in these areas are
impassable and some evacuations are necessary.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 17.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:45 AM EDT Friday was 17.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.1
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
Monday morning.

ending at 5:00 AM EDT Friday was 12.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
late Monday morning.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south
central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana, including
the following counties, in central Indiana, Bartholomew, Boone,
Clinton, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Johnson,
Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby and Tipton. In east central
Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana,
Carroll. In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence and
Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana,
Greene, Martin and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay,
Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion,
Vigo and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Flooding is ongoing across portions of central Indiana,
particularly north and east of Indianapolis. More rain is
expected overnight tonight into Friday night, which may be
significant. This is potentially a very dangerous situation,
and citizens should remain aware of conditions in their area

threatens or warnings are issued.
