Marion County in central Indiana... Rush County in central Indiana... Shelby County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 159 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall will continue from scattered to numerous showers across the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
