* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following
counties, Allen IN and De Kalb and northwest Ohio, including the
following counties, Defiance and Paulding.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 904 AM EDT, Doppler radar estimated that between 1 and 3
inches
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fort Wayne, Defiance, Auburn, Hicksville, Huntertown,
Paulding, Churubusco, Antwerp, Woodburn, Grabill, St. Joe,
Leo-cedarville, Concord, Farmer, Newville, Ney, Cecil,
Spencerville In Dekalb County, Saint Joe and Harlan.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles
northeast of Newville floods. Agricultural and low lands flood
along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening and continue rising to a crest of 12.7 feet
Friday evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
