Area creeks and streams are already elevated, increasing the risk of flooding due to additional rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Lingering showers and thunderstorms, some with brief torrential rainfall, will continue to lead to a threat for instances of flooding this morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
