* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN...Until Monday, March 23.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Harmonie State Park is closed. Surrounding
bottomland is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 AM CDT Sunday was 17.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5
feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood
stage Monday, March 23.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

- At 10:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:45 AM CDT Sunday was 19.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.3
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Thursday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Hazleton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 24.8 feet, Water begins to come in the street at the
corner of West 2nd Street and Brown Street in the town of
Hazleton.  A six inch water pump is installed at 2nd and Brown
Street to keep water off the streets.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Extensive flooding in progress with
several bottom land roads flooded in Pike County in March 2011.
Pike County roads flooded...some by several feet of water...east
of SR 57 included CR 750N...CR 600N and CR 1000E.  Pike County
roads flooded west of SR 57 included...River Rd...CR 250W...CR
400W...CR 675N...CR 700N...CR 1000W...CR 900W...CR 700W and CR
775W.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM EDT Sunday /9:30 AM CDT Sunday/ the stage was
23.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
