...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Hendricks County in central Indiana... Northern Morgan County in central Indiana... Putnam County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until noon EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 837 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1.75 and 3.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Plainfield, Greencastle, Mooresville, Danville, Avon, Cloverdale, Brooklyn, Monrovia, Clayton, Bainbridge, Fillmore, Coatesville, Amo, Stilesville, Bethany, Little Point, Belle Union, Eminence, Groveland and Lake Hart. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
