Putnam County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 941 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Greencastle, Mooresville, Cloverdale, Brooklyn, Monrovia, Paragon, Fillmore, Coatesville, Stilesville, Bethany, Belle Union, Little Point, Eminence, Quincy, Cecil Harden Lake, Lake Hart and Centerton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
